Beyond the Pages: Fanfic Writing—Fanfiction can be a fun way to practice writing with characters and settings you are familiar with. Learn how to use it as a stepping stone for building skills to take the stories you love and create your own original characters and worlds.

Dialogue Do’s and Don’ts—Dialogue is one of the most dynamic tools in storytelling. In this class, discover how to avoid stilted or unrealistic exchanges, develop each character’s voice, and use dialogue to reveal personality and advance the plot.
